2. Right of Withdrawal

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), physically receives the goods.

3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unopened and in its original, sealed packaging.
  • The product must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The return must be initiated within the 14-day withdrawal period.

Due to health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened dietary supplement products. This exclusion is in compliance with Article 16(e) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, which permits exclusion of the right of withdrawal for sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your order details (name, email used for the order, and date of purchase).
  3. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.
  4. Ship the product back to us in its original, unopened packaging.

5. Return Shipping Costs

The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, unless the product was delivered in error or is defective. We recommend using a tracked shipping method for your return, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved:

  • We will issue a full refund, including the original delivery charges (except for any supplementary costs if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
  • The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

7. Defective or Incorrect Products

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been opened or unsealed due to health and hygiene reasons.
  • Products returned after the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.
  • Products that have been damaged by the customer.
